The foundation

Structure first. Detail with purpose.

Tony Vilella began tattooing in Brazil in January 2006. His early training in Japanese-style tattooing established a foundation in structure, line discipline, and durability. He later moved to São Paulo to study classical art, deepening his understanding of value, light, color, and depth.

Those two foundations now shape his realism. Every piece is planned around the body rather than placed on top of it, with a clear focal hierarchy and enough visual breathing room to remain legible as a complete tattoo.

Tony accepts a limited number of projects and works with one client per day, allowing each session to receive his full attention.
